Internship Program
Our internship program exists to holistically disciple young leaders passionate about missions. Through meeting their physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs, we effectively reach, equip, and mobilize the next generation into their divine purpose.
This is a multiple-week intensive program that, in some cases, includes traveling to multiple foreign countries and states. Interns will receive one-on-one training from our on-ground JuveNet Missionaries and leaders, participate in countless outreaches and evangelism, humanitarian aid projects, help host mission teams, and grow in their relationship with the Lord in a completely new way.
We promise you will NOT leave the same!
Beginner

For those interested in missions and ready for more experience.
Discover the heart of missions through hands-on ministry and intentional discipleship. This internship focuses on learning the foundations of missions, developing leadership, and growing in spiritual maturity. Interns will participate in projects such as food distributions, school evangelism, orphanage ministry, and church outreaches, while receiving discipleship and leadership training from the JuveNet team. The internship concludes in Florida at the XII Conference, where interns will help host the JuveNet booth and experience global missions vision firsthand.

For those with more missions experience, ready to serve for the summer.
Go deeper in your calling and leadership through extended ministry across Central America. Interns will help lead outreaches such as school evangelism, medical clinics, and church ministry while developing their leadership through weekly trainings. They’ll also help host mission teams, gaining hands-on experience in cross-cultural service and coordination before finishing at the XII Conference in the U.S.

For those with more missions experience, ready to serve for the summer.
Experience a powerful summer of international missions across multiple nations in Central and South America. Interns will lead and serve in a variety of projects—house builds, evangelism, church ministry, and community outreach—while receiving leadership training and mentorship. Alongside JuveNet staff, interns will help host mission teams and partner with local churches throughout Latin America. After participating in the XII Conference in the U.S., they’ll finish their journey by helping lead one final mission team in Colombia.
